Agentic Deployment Engineer
Sit with real customers. Design the agents that actually run pieces of their business.
Location
Tallinn, Estonia · On-site
Type
Full-time
Compensation
Competitive + equity
The role
You'll own the path from a customer's first 'hire' click to an agent that's actually running their inbox, calendar, or pipeline. Fully customer-shaped, problem-solving and agent design end to end. It's a technical role, but you don't need to come from a software-engineering background.
What you'll do
- Talk to customers, pull the real workflows out of them and isolate the parts an agent can actually own
- Design and train custom agents for those customer environments, knowledge base, SOPs, tool access, guardrails
- Design and train the pre-trained agents we ship out of the box, so the next customer in that vertical hires an agent that already knows the job
- Sit with the agents in production, monitor every one, catch failures, push fixes back into the design
- Be the loop between customers, the platform, and the agent library, what you learn in the field shapes what we ship
What we're looking for
- You decide what to do. This is not a role where work is handed to you, you have significant autonomy and we expect it to be obvious to you what needs doing at any point in time. You control your own destiny.
- Deeply experienced with the current AI stack and obsessed with staying on the cutting edge, you try every new model, framework, and tool the week it ships
- Strong vibe-coding chops. You've built real things by orchestrating Claude / GPT / Cursor / Claude Code rather than writing every line yourself
- You've built in n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar workflow tools, or built your own agents on top of an agent framework
- You understand how skills, tools, and agent loops actually work, not at a buzzword level
- Excellent people skills. You can sit across the table from a CFO, a recruiter, or an SDR lead and pull the real workflow out of them
- You care deeply about how the world is going to work with AI a decade from now and want to be one of the people shaping it
Nice to have
- Background in sales, customer success, RevOps, or anything where you've owned customer outcomes end-to-end
- Programming experience or a software-developer background
- Have shipped an application end-to-end yourself, even if it was vibe-coded or built on no-code tools
