This is a high-pressure sales and delivery role.
Your job is simple:
- Build pipeline
- Close pipeline
- Deliver what you sold
You'll find companies that could become more profitable, sell more, move faster, or cut costs if they used AI properly.
Then you'll get them into conversations, identify their real pains, propose solutions, and actually help implement what you sold using our tools.
We will teach you how to do this. If you are sharp, you will learn it very quickly during onboarding.
No previous experience is required.
What matters is that you are sharp, hungry, coachable, good with people, fiercely competitive, and not scared of picking up the phone.
We only really care about six things:
- Grit
- Intelligence and great people skills
- Coachability and fast learning
- No fear of the phone
- Fierce competitiveness
- Genuine interest in AI
- Previous sales experience is a huge bonus, but not required if you're a natural talent.
- If you've done cold calling, door-to-door sales, Southwestern-style selling, appointment setting, recruiting, real estate, or any other performance-based sales work, that's a strong plus.
You'll learn how to spot where companies are wasting time, losing revenue, or doing work manually that AI could handle.
Then you'll learn how to turn those problems into sold solutions and help deliver them with Matagi.
You will not just be selling software.
You will be selling business results, then helping make them happen with Matagi.

- We are very direct. Words are used to deliver value, not to sound smart. If you get offended by feedback easily, you probably will not do well here.
- This is also not for people with high ego. You need to be able to get coached, admit when something is not working, and improve fast.
